Live VM Migration

Live VM Migration is a recovery feature for VMware and Hyper-V guest VM backups, which is used in conjunction with VM Run Direct.

VM Run Direct is used to start up and run a virtual machine directly from the backup file located on the backup destination. 

Once the virtual machine is up and running, its associated services and applications are made accessible to users. Using Live VM Migration, CloudBacko Go can manage the physical recovery of the virtual machine back to the VMware or Hyper-V host while it is servicing end users.
