Pre/Post backup command

The option enables the backup user to define command(s) or a script such as a .bat file on Windows or a .sh file on Linux/FreeBSD, which CloudBacko Go will automatically execute before and after the backup procedure. For example, stopping and start a service when running backup on non-supported application.
