The price of CloudBacko Pro is based on installation. For example, if you need to install CloudBacko Pro in the Windows OS of a physical server, and in the Windows OS of a VMware guest virtual machine, you need to buy 2 licenses of CloudBacko Pro.

The price of CloudBacko Lite is based on the number of installations. For example, if you need to install CloudBacko Lite in the Windows OS of a desktop computer, and in the Windows OS of a VMware guest virtual machine, you need to buy 2 licenses of CloudBacko Lite.

CloudBacko Home is a free cloud backup application. We won't charge for it forever.

CloudBacko Mobile is a free mobile device backup application. We won't charge for it forever.

VMware Module for ESXi Free Version is an additional module for CloudBacko Pro, which is included with CloudBacko Pro. With this module, you are able to back up unlimited guest virtual machines in the VMware ESXi Free Version host machine with non-VDDK mode of backup.

Configuration:

You need to install CloudBacko Pro on a Windows machine which is on the same network of the VMware ESXi Free Version host so that CloudBacko Pro can connect to that host to perform backup and restore.

Cloud File Backup Module is an additional module for CloudBacko Pro and CloudBacko Lite, which needs to be purchased separately. It is priced per host machine.

Example 1:

If you need to back up Cloud files through a Windows server, you need to purchase 1 CloudBacko Pro and 1 Cloud File Backup Module. The total price would be US$159 + US$9 = US$168.

Example 2:

If you need to back up Cloud files through a Windows workstation, you need to purchase 1 CloudBacko Lite and 1 Cloud File Backup Module. The total price would be US$25 + US$9 = US$34.

Windows System Module is an additional module for CloudBacko Pro, which needs to be purchased separately. It is priced per host machine of Windows server.

Example:

If you need to back up Windows System of a Windows server, you need to purchase 1 CloudBacko Pro and 1 Windows System Module. The total price would be US$159 + US$55 = US$214.

Windows System Module is an additional module for CloudBacko Lite, which needs to be purchased separately. It is priced per host machine of Windows workstation.

Example:

If you need to back up Windows System of a Windows workstation, you need to purchase 1 CloudBacko Lite and 1 Windows System Module. The total price would be US$25 + US$25 = US$50.

IBM Lotus Notes Module is an additional module for CloudBacko Pro, which needs to be purchased separately. It is priced per host machine of IBM Lotus Notes.

Example:

If you need to back up IBM Lotus Notes installed on a Windows server, you need to purchase 1 CloudBacko Pro and 1 IBM Lotus Notes Module. The total price would be US$159 + US$25 = US$184.

IBM Lotus Notes Module is an additional module for CloudBacko Lite, which needs to be purchased separately. It is priced per host machine of IBM Lotus Notes.

Example:

If you need to back up IBM Lotus Notes installed on a Windows workstation, you need to purchase 1 CloudBacko Lite and 1 IBM Lotus Notes Module. The total price would be US$25 + US$25 = US$50.

MySQL Module is an additional module for CloudBacko Pro, which needs to be purchased separately. It is priced per host machine of MySQL.

Example:

If you need to back up MySQL installed on a Windows server, you need to purchase 1 CloudBacko Pro and 1 MySQL Module. The total price would be US$159 + US$55 = US$214.

IBM Lotus Domino Module is an additional module for CloudBacko Pro, which needs to be purchased separately. It is priced per host machine of IBM Lotus Domino.

Example:

If you need to back up IBM Lotus Domino Server installed on a Windows server, you need to purchase 1 CloudBacko Pro and 1 IBM Lotus Domino Module. The total price would be US$159 + US$139 = US$298.

Microsoft Exchange Server Module is an additional module for CloudBacko Pro, which needs to be purchased separately. It is priced per host machine of Microsoft Exchange Server.

With a Microsoft Exchange Server Module, you are able to create two types of backup sets:

• Microsoft Exchange Server Database Backup
• Microsoft Exchange Server Mail Level Backup

Pricing for a standalone Exchange machine:

If you need to back up Microsoft Exchange Server installed on a Windows server, you need to purchase 1 CloudBacko Pro and 1 Microsoft Exchange Server module. The total price would be US$159 + US$219 = US$378.

Pricing for Exchange DAG:

If you need to back up Microsoft Exchange Server installed on a Windows server, you need to purchase 3 CloudBacko Pro and 3 Microsoft Exchange Server module. The total price would be (3 x US$159) + (3 x US$219) = US$1,134.

Microsoft Hyper-V Module is an additional module for CloudBacko Pro, which needs to be purchased separately. It is priced per socket per host machine of Microsoft Hyper-V. With this module, you are able to back up unlimited guest virtual machines in the Hyper-V host.

Pricing for a standalone Hyper-V machine:

If you need to back up the virtual machines Microsoft Hyper-V installed on a Windows server with 2 CPU sockets used, you need to purchase 1 CloudBacko Pro and 2 Microsoft Hyper-V Modules. The total price would be US$159 + (2 x US$219) = US$597.

Pricing for Hyper-V cluster:

If you need to back up Microsoft Hyper-V cluster with 3 nodes, each with node with 2 CPU sockets used, then you need to purchase 3 CloudBacko Pro and (3 x 2) Microsoft Hyper-V Modules. The total price would be (3 x US$159) + (6 x US$219) = US$1,791.

Microsoft SQL Server Module is an additional module for CloudBacko Pro, which needs to be purchased separately. It is priced per host machine of Microsoft SQL Server.

Example:

If you need to back up Microsoft SQL Server installed on a Windows server, you need to purchase 1 CloudBacko Pro and 1 Microsoft SQL Server Module. The total price would be US$159 + US$139 = US$298.

Office 365 Exchange Online Module is an additional module for CloudBacko Pro, which needs to be purchased separately. It is priced per Office 365 mailbox.

Example:

If you need to back up 2 Office 365 mailboxes on a Windows server, you need to purchase 1 CloudBacko Pro and 2 Office 365 Exchange Online Modules. The total price would be US$159 + US$19 x 2 = US$197.

Office 365 Exchange Online Module is an additional module for CloudBacko Lite, which needs to be purchased separately.

Example:

If you need to back up your Office 365 mailbox on a Windows workstation, you need to purchase 1 CloudBacko Lite and 1 Office 365 Exchange Online Module. The total price would be US$25 + US$19 = US$44.

Oracle Database Module is an additional module for CloudBacko Pro, which needs to be purchased separately. It is priced per host machine of Oracle Database.

Example:

If you need to back up Oracle Database installed on a Windows server, you need to purchase 1 CloudBacko Pro and 1 Oracle Database Module. The total price would be US$159 + US$139 = US$298.

VMware Module is an additional module for CloudBacko Pro, which needs to be purchased separately. With this module, you are able to back up unlimited guest virtual machines in VMware ESXi paid version, Server, Workstation, and Player.

Example:

If you need to back up the virtual machines in a VMware ESXi (paid version) host with 2 CPU sockets used, you need to purchase 1 CloudBacko Pro and 2 VMware Modules. The total price would be US$159 + (2 x US$219) = US$597.

Configuration:

For backing up VMs in VMware ESXi host, as you cannot directly install CloudBacko Pro on the ESXi, you need to either install CloudBacko Pro on a Windows machine which is on the same network of the VMware ESXi host, or install it on VMware vCenter if you have it, so that CloudBacko Pro can connect to the VMware host to perform backup and restore.

THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND CLOUDBACKO CORPORATION. BEFORE CONTINUING WITH THE INSTALLATION OF THE SOFTWARE, YOU MUST READ, ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT WHICH FOLLOWS.

1. Definitions

"CLOUDBACKO" means CLOUDBACKO CORPORATION whose registered office is situated at Geneva Place, Waterfront Drive, P.O. Box 3469, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands. CloudBacko Pro, CloudBacko Lite, and CloudBacko Home software ("The Software") developed and owned by CLOUDBACKO specified the Permitted Number of Installation ("Permitted Number") and Allowed Usage Location ("Allowed Location") within The Software that you are allowed to install and use.

2. DISCLAIMER

CLOUDBACKO DOES NOT AND CANNOT WARRANT THE PERFORMANCE OR RESULTS YOU MAY OBTAIN BY USING THE SOFTWARE. CLOUDBACKO MAKES NO WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS OR TERMS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHETHER BY STATUTE, COMMON LAW, CUSTOM, USAGE OR OTHERWISE AS TO ANY OTHER MATTERS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, INTEGRATION, SATISFACTORY QUALITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The provisions shall survive the termination of this Agreement, howsoever caused, but this shall not imply or create any continued right to use The Software after termination of this Agreement.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT WILL CLOUDBACKO BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES, CLAIMS OR COSTS WHATSOEVER OR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, OR ANY LOST PROFITS OR LOST SAVINGS. THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS APPLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW IN YOUR JURISDICTION.

4. Software License

As long as you comply with the terms of this End User License Agreement (the "Agreement"), CLOUDBACKO grants to you a non-exclusive license to use The Software as further set forth below.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Software and any copies that you are authorized by CLOUDBACKO to make are the intellectual property of and are owned by CLOUDBACKO. The structure, organization and code of The Software are the valuable trade secrets and confidential information of CLOUDBACKO. The Software is protected by copyright, including without limitation by international treaty provisions and applicable laws in the country in which it is being used. You may not copy The Software, except as set forth in Section 2 ("Software License"). Any copies that you are permitted to make pursuant to this Agreement must contain the same copyright and other proprietary notices that appear on or in The Software. You agree not to modify, adapt or translate The Software. You also agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of The Software except to the extent you may be expressly permitted to decompile under applicable law, it is essential to do so in order to achieve operability of The Software with another software program, and you have first requested CLOUDBACKO to provide the information necessary to achieve such operability and CLOUDBACKO has not made such information available. CLOUDBACKO has the right to impose reasonable conditions and to request a reasonable fee before providing such information. Any information supplied by CLOUDBACKO or obtained by you, as permitted hereunder, may only be used by you for the purpose described herein and may not be disclosed to any third party or used to create any software which is substantially similar to the expression of The Software. Requests for information should be directed to the CLOUDBACKO's Customer Support Department. Trademarks shall be used in accordance with accepted trademark practice, including identification of trademarks owners' names. Trademarks can only be used to identify printed output produced by The Software and such use of any trademark does not give you any rights of ownership in that trademark. Except as expressly stated herein, this Agreement does not grant you any intellectual property rights in The Software and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by CLOUDBACKO.

6. Transfer

You may not, rent, lease, sell, sublicense, and/or repackage for distribution or resale, or authorize all or any portion of The Software to be copied onto another users computer except as may be expressly permitted herein. You may, however, transfer all your rights to use The Software to another person or legal entity provided that:

If any part of this Agreement is found void and unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the balance of the Agreement, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms. This Agreement shall not prejudice the statutory rights of any party dealing as a consumer. This Agreement may only be modified by writing signed by an authorized officer of CLOUDBACKO. Updates may be licensed to you by CLOUDBACKO with additional or different terms. This is the entire agreement between CLOUDBACKO and you relating to The Software and it supersedes any prior representations, discussions, undertakings, communications or advertising relating to The Software.

Once payment is completed for the purchase of the Licenses/Modules:

• We will deliver the receipt and license information to your registered email with CloudBacko.
• If you have Internet access, you license/Modules will be automatically updated according to your purchase.

The following are general instructions regarding the software uninstallation process.

Windows XP

Go to the "Start Menu" located at the bottom left of your screen. Select Control Panel. Click Add or Remove Programs. Click the CloudBacko software you wish to remove, then click Remove or Change/Remove. Follow the uninstallation steps to remove the software entirely.

Windows Vista and Windows 7

Go to the Start Menu located at the bottom left of your screen. Select Control Panel. Under Programs click Uninstall a Program. Right click on the CloudBacko software you wish to remove, then click Uninstall/Change. Follow the uninstallation steps to remove the software entirely.

Windows 8

Access the Start Screen. Locate the CloudBacko software you would like to uninstall and right click on the icon. A check-mark will appear in the right corner to indicate an application has been selected. Click Uninstall on the toolbar that appears at the bottom of the screen. The Programs and Features window will open. Make sure the correct CloudBacko software is highlighted, then press Uninstall.

Mac OS X

Open a Terminal. If you wish to uninstall CloudBacko Home, under Terminal window, change the directory to "/Applications/CloudBacko\ Home.app/bin" by running the command "cd /Applications/CloudBacko\ Home.app/bin". Press the [Enter] Key. Once in the correct directory, run the command "sudo sh uninstall.sh". You will be asked for a password. Enter your password to allow permission to run the script and press [Enter] key. After running the script, you should see output of successful uninstallation and the icon for CloudBacko has been removed. For detailed procedure, please see this article.
