Cloudbacko hotfix release program is part of our continuing efforts to provide our partners with quick resolutions for reported software issues.

In order to improve the turnaround time, we have bypassed our regular QA acceptance testing cycle however the hotfixes have been thoroughly tested by our developers.

Although our developers have made every effort to ensure the stability of the hotfix releases, as a best practice we recommend partners:

  1. Conduct some basic testing before rolling out hotfixes to any production systems.
  2. Deploy hotfixes to only the affected production systems.
