From October 1, 2025 onwards, all CloudBacko support inquiries are redirected to the Ahsay Support Team to ensure you continue to receive expert assistance.
For your privacy and security, all CloudBacko Shop customer accounts have been deleted on December 31, 2025.
We will only retain your name and email address to stay in touch about important updates, with the option to opt out at any time.
Sunset Version & Support End
CloudBacko v5.15 was the final release.
CloudBacko Pro & Lite licenses purchases ended on December 31, 2025.
This includes both direct license purchases and in-app purchases.
All perpetual licenses remain valid, but software support will officially end on September 30, 2026.
After this date, there will be no further software updates, bug fixes, and technical support.
