KB2004: Insufficient disk space available for temporary directory. Required free space at least: 100MB

When performing a backup of any type, the following error message is received in the backup report:

Insufficient disk space available for temporary directory temp_path\backupset_id\OBS@id.
Required free space at least: 100MB
